History and grounding in the tradition of Hatha as it relates to the Five Bodies, Five Movements, Seven Energy Centers, Three Main Channels and the essential objectives of why we regulate these processes.
Breakdown and Practice of the 11 Essential Pranayamas that every Hatha Yogi should be proficient in.
Integration - Pranayama is not a practice in isolation, but needs to be understood as part of an integrated Yogic Lifestyle involving physical asana, cleansing practices, nutrition, self-study and meditation. An essential component of this intensive will explore this.
