In order to streamline our class bookings and manage class packages more efficiently, we're transitioning from Momence to Oclass. We’re proud to be supporting this talented local company and are confident that you’ll love the functionality of their booking system and the ease in reaching out to them for assistance.

The switch is planned for the afternoon of February 17th (1-6pm). To facilitate a smooth transition, please perform the following steps:

1. Capture Your Current Information: We recommend taking a screenshot of your current class packages, money credits and memberships. This serves as a safety net in case of any discrepancies during the transfer process.

2. Activate Your Account on Oclass: Clicking the button below sends you to a page that will mail you further instructions (Use the same email you used for logging onto your previous Momence account).

3. Note that your packages, bookings and money credits will only show in your new Oclass account from February 17th.

Here's what to do post transition:

1. How to Book Classes Using the New System: You can still book your classes via our website as per normal, or to make future bookings hassle-free, we recommend downloading the OClass Ignite App from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

2. Inform About Health Conditions: We kindly request you to remind your teachers about any injuries or health conditions you may have, as these records might not be transferred to the new system.

3. Reset Email Preferences: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly request you to opt-out again if you wish not to receive our emails, as your old email preferences might not be retained.
