Wen is blessed to have encountered yoga at an early age. As a sprinter, she was amazed by the healing effect yoga had on her tensed muscle tissues and strained hamstrings. She found yoga extremely effective as a supplement to her training, yet was not quite able to comprehend the peacefulness and clarity felt after being on the mat.

Years later when she again found yoga in 2015, the beautiful practice of pranayama and meditation opened a whole new realm for her. Aside from the undeniable physical benefits of the practice, she witnessed how yoga transformed and helped people in distress.

With the goal of deepening her understanding and practice of yoga, she had undergone the 200-hour teacher training course with Nithya Priyan.

Today, she sees yoga a life-long learning journey within oneself and the world. She would love to share this journey with her students, breath by breath, movement by movement, that eventually they find their own meaning of yoga.
