As an ex-auditor, Xiu Ming was no stranger to chaos. Yoga started as a way to start her day with a fresh and healthy mind. Today, it has developed into a lifestyle - a practice of mindfulness, presence, and non-judgment.

By practising physical asana with this full inner experience, the same mindfulness is brought off the mat, into daily life. Through a consistent yoga practice, Xiu Ming finds joy in the body and peace in the heart.

Xiu Ming's love for yoga spills over to her desire to share her methods and experiences with fellow yogis, experienced or new. To further this passion, she graduated from the RYT200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Nithya Priyan School of Yoga.
