As a beginner I love that Priyan breaks down the peak pose in detail and shares tips on the common difficulty students face and how to overcome it. I always go to yoga classes and wonder how people automatically know what to do in binding poses, so I am happy to join a yoga school to properly learn the foundation and technique and grow in my yoga journey. Priyan’s cues are clear and I can mostly do with my eyes closed! Class is well balanced, slower pace but still challenging for me :)
