Class Packages, Courses and Workshops

  1. Package Sharing: Packages are shareable with a maximum of one person (both parties must not have an active Unlimited Package). Unlimited & Starter Packages are not shareable.

  2. Package Activation: All packages activate upon first-class attendance (and they expire in the number of months equal to the validity if unused).

  3. Package Extensions: Extension of expiring or recently expired packages (expiry within three months) is only possible for non-sale items on a case by case basis and only upon your next purchase. Note that we will give no extensions or renewals for sale or promotional items, so please responsibly only buy what you can use to avoid wasted purchases.

  4. Promotions: There is strictly no refund, extension, sharing, or renewal of promotional packages (e.g Starter Promo).

  5. Refunds: All goods and services sold inclusive of packages, courses, and workshops sold are not refundable or transferable.

Class Booking and Cancellation Policy

For in-studio classes and outdoor:

  1. Schedule Changes: Booking classes will be subject to scheduling availability and government-mandated class size restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel scheduled classes, including last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Your class credits will be returned to your account if we do so.

  2. Advanced Booking: You can book physical in-studio classes and outdoor classes a maximum of 14 days in advance.

  3. Class Cancellation / No Shows: In-studio and outdoor classes have a cancellation window of 6 hours, outside of which you can cancel the classes with no penalty. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee applies, a credit deduction from your class package corresponding to the number of credits for the class attendance. You will also get a deduction if you book but not turn up for class (no-show).

    When using Unlimited Class Packages (such as the One Month Unlimited Class Package), the penalty for each late cancellation and no-show is a one-day deduction from the duration of your package.

    Late cancellation and no-show penalties are non-negotiable. Please only book the classes you can commit to attending.

For virtual classes on Zoom:

  1. Class Cancellation / No Shows: Virtual classes on Zoom have no late cancellation penalties or booking windows. However, you will get a deduction if you have booked a virtual class but do not attend without prior cancellation.

Physical Class Attendance

Please observe the following to ensure the best possible experience for you and your fellow practitioners:

Punctuality

  1. Please arrive at least ten minutes before the start of class for registration and finding your space in the studio. Arriving late for class is disruptive for the other attendees and puts you at risk of injury. Therefore, you will not be allowed to attend if you arrive after class begins.

  2. To attend physical classes, you need to have proof of your vaccination status, and you are required to check-in using the TraceTogether App (You do not need to be vaccinated for outdoor classes).

Silence & Respect

  1. Please adopt a respectful attitude towards the space for practice, your fellow students, and yourself. Spend the time before class begins in silent preparation. Refrain from unnecessary conversation between classes and be mindful not to disturb attendees in Meditation or Shavasana.

  2. Please put your cellphones on silent or refrain from bringing them to class. Otherwise, you will be asked to leave the room and leave the phone with the front desk before you can resume the class.

Existing Medical Conditions

  1. Always inform the teacher of any injuries or existing medical conditions, including pregnancy or post-pregnancy, To help the teacher understand your particular needs and prescribe you relevant modifications and adjustments to your practice session.

Illness

  1. In light of the recent viral outbreaks, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you exhibit flu-like symptoms for all participants and staff's safety and health.
