Terms governing class packages, courses, workshops, subscriptions, and bookings.
Class packages, courses, and workshops
Package extensions
Extension of expiring or recently expired packages, where expiry was within three months, is only possible for non-sale items on a case-by-case basis and only upon your next purchase. There are no extensions or renewals for sale or promotional items. Please only buy what you can use to avoid wasted purchases.
Promotions
There is strictly no refund, extension, or renewal of sale or promotional items. Promotional pricing does not by itself make an otherwise shareable one-time class package non-shareable; sharing eligibility follows the underlying package type. The Starter Promo remains personal and is not shareable.
Refunds
All goods and services sold, including packages, courses, and workshops, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Subscriptions
Activation and sharing
Both monthly subscriptions start on the day you purchase, not on your first booked class, and recur monthly. They are not shareable. The monthly billing cycle is anchored to the purchase date, so purchase when you are ready to begin.
Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription means it does not recur. Your current month’s remaining usage is not refundable. To cancel, message us and we will process it within the same day. There is no lock-in, contract, or minimum commitment.
Suspension
For Unlimited Monthly Subscriptions, your subscription may be suspended if you late-cancel or no-show three classes within seven days. Please only book classes you can commit to attending.
Freezing
Self-service freeze is available in the OClass app: open My Packages, select your package or subscription, then Freeze and follow the instructions. For help with a medical or travel-related pause, contact us.
Class booking and cancellation policy
In-studio and outdoor classes
- Schedule changes: Bookings are subject to scheduling availability and any government-mandated class-size restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel scheduled classes, including last-minute cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Class credits will be returned if we do so.
- Advanced booking: Physical in-studio and outdoor classes can be booked a maximum of 30 days in advance.
- Class cancellation and no-shows: There is a six-hour cancellation window outside of which you can cancel without penalty. Otherwise, a late-cancellation fee applies as a credit deduction corresponding to the class attendance. A deduction also applies if you book but do not attend.
- Unlimited packages: The penalty for each late cancellation and no-show is a one-day deduction from the duration of the package.
Late-cancellation and no-show penalties are non-negotiable. Please only book classes you can commit to attending.
Livestream classes
Virtual classes have no late-cancellation penalties or booking windows. However, a credit deduction applies if you book a virtual class but do not attend without prior cancellation.
Physical class attendance
Punctuality
Please arrive at least ten minutes before the start of class for registration and finding your space in the studio. Arriving late is disruptive and puts you at risk of injury. You will not be allowed to attend if you arrive after class begins.
Silence and respect
Please adopt a respectful attitude towards the practice space, your fellow students, and yourself. Spend the time before class in silent preparation. Refrain from unnecessary conversation between classes and be mindful not to disturb attendees in Meditation or Shavasana.
Please put cellphones on silent and keep them on the bag shelf inside the practice space.
Existing medical conditions
Always inform the teacher of injuries or existing medical conditions, including pregnancy or post-pregnancy, so the teacher can understand your needs and prescribe relevant modifications and adjustments.
Illness
You will not be allowed to attend a class if you exhibit flu-like symptoms, for the safety and health of all participants and staff.
