A seventy-five minute duration class that is a level up in intensity and complexity from the Essential class, but follows the same principles of being sequenced and themed around a weekly peak pose.
The peak pose chosen for each week will be an intermediate cousin of the pose practiced in the Essential class. It will have more requirements in terms of strength, flexibility and skill.
As such, although options will still be given to make the class accessible to various levels of proficiency, it is recommended that you have at least a few months consistent attendance in Essential classes before you join Intermediates.
Suitable for:
- It is recommended that you have at least six month’s experience attending Foundation, Intermediate and Flow classes prior to starting Intermediate classes.
