Burkhard returns this September for another Meditation Weekend installment at Nithya Priyan School of Yoga, guiding beginners and experienced practitioners alike deeper into their practice.

Our hectic modern lifestyle is characterized by shortness of breath. Breathing in a harmonious way can reduce common symptoms of stress. When we recognize the short pauses that happen after every breath, we naturally slow down and relax. These pauses are opportunities to touch a profound sense of Stillness.

In his second Meditation Weekend in Singapore, Burkhard will focus on this special method of breath awareness. In his practical teachings, he draws from various ancient scriptures, including Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita, and Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, a renowned text from the Kashmir Shaivism lineage. A clear understanding of these essential techniques will deepen your meditation practice and will transform your ability to cope with challenges & stress.

In two 3-hour sessions conducted over the weekend, expect a series of heart-opening lectures and practices that will show you how to come back Home. Allow yourself to joyfully slow down while moving fast whenever needed. Come find your Self this September!
