"Quality of Mind Depends Upon Quality of Food."
~ Swami Sivananda

Join Priyan for a weekend intensive that details mindful eating, intermittent fasting and Yogic nutrition to give you an actionable road map towards transforming your body-mind from the inside out.

In this age of rising obesity, diabetes, heart disease, chronic inflammation and brain degenerative illness, we are called more than ever to consider re-evaluating our current eating habits and food choices.

Drawing from evidence based medical research on low carb and plant based eating and intermittent fasting, Priyan will reference the Yogic texts of the Upanishads, Samhitas, the Bhagavad Gita and the Pradipika to detail a road map towards which we can transform our mental clarity and physical well being.

Alleviate depression, brain fog, reducing signs of aging, lose that weight and improve your bodily functions all through a time honored practice that has been verified and proven by modern clinical research. See you on the mats!
