• Concrete screed flooring for a stable, cool surface from which to practice from.

• Sound insulation and led lighting provides a calming and peaceful environment away from the noise of the world outside.

• Rooms cooled to a comfortable 24 Degrees Celsius and humidity-controlled.

• Manduka Pro Mats, blocks, straps and other props provided free

• Unisex changing room with 3 shower stalls, a twin vanity and a hair dryer corner.

• Plenty of parking space at Anchorpoint and Ikea!
