To welcome the March School Holidays, our very lovely teacher, Sonia, will be conducting a Children's Yoga Workshop that promises to stoke the fires of curiosity and inspiration for the young Yogis attending.

Venue: Nithya Priyan School of Yoga

With a 'Warrior Hearts' theme, they will be developing Strength and Gentleness as they embody wild animals, flow like warriors, and stand tall like trees to fight off monsters in a magical forest of the mind.

Suitable for ages 7 to 12 of any experience level.
