This Week In Nithya Priyan School of Yoga let us guide you in finding length, space and liberation in the spine. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, we have just the right camel variation for you.

In our Basic classes, explore the sense of lightness from the lift in the chest as we work towards Camel pose (Ustrasana). In Essential, Thunderbolt pose (Lagu Vajrasana) allows you to find strength in the quads & core to better support the spine. And in Intermediate, we combine these two together as we work on camel dropbacks, possibly into Kapotasana.
