Compass Splits combine Hip and Hamstring flexibility with a lateral spinal flexion to give a stretch felt in your legs and side body. Beginning with front splits in Basic class we begin to layer on the side bending component in Essential, finally adding the strength component in Intermediate Class to fly your Warrior!
