New Class Type: Flow Basics

We are excited to announce that come February, you’ll be seeing a new class offering conducted by our teaching team.

Flow Basics aims to extend your Basic Class experience to a dynamic and movement based sequencing where we begin to work deeply to connect movement with breath. Poses taken from the previous week’s Basic and Essential Level curriculum will be taken into creative and faster paced flows that allow you to practice and apply what you have learnt in the context of simple and repetitive movement.

This practice is then accessible to people of all levels of proficiency as options and variations will be given, although it is best you supplement these classes with more learning based sessions.
