福到! After we feast, we take flight. Join Priyan as he guides you to the safe and successful practice of Inversions in 6 weekend sessions following the Chinese New Year. Sessions are suitable for Beginner to Advanced Yogis.
What is Included
A beautifully curated Yoga Sequence to prep your body and mind for Inversions.
Fun and challenging drills that mock up and help develop your muscle memory and proprioception.
Inversion play time! Supervised and guided in detail with Priyan’s signature clarity and insights.
Conditioning exercises and regimes prescribed as homework for your ongoing Inversion journey.
Documentation provided for your handy reference.
Prerequisites
Yogis are expected to have at least 3 months experience before attending these workshop sessions, are not pregnant or have any pre-existing injury or Medical condition that prevents you from practicing Inversions safely.
Legend:
* Suitable for yogis strong enough to hold a plank for 30 seconds.
** Suitable for Yogis who are additionally able to hold a 30 second Dolphin Pose.
*** Suitable for Yogis who in addition to the above, are also flexible enough to be able to place palms flat on the ground in a standing forward bend.
