This 400 sq ft boutique studio sits above Chinatown's vibrant energy, offering a balance of urban convenience and retreat-like atmosphere. The space features:

1. Dedicated front desk area with comfortable seating
2. Access to a charming outdoor rooftop terrace
3. Fully equipped with yoga mats, straps, blocks, and meditation cushions
4. Two shower/toilet cubicles in the changing room
5. Hot and cold water dispenser
6. Bluetooth speaker system
7. Smart lighting with automated roller shades
8. Views of historic conservation shophouses

Comfortably accommodates 12 students plus instructor for a spacious practice (maximum capacity: 16 students plus instructor). While slightly more connected to the neighborhood's energy compared to our upper floor, this space offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility.

Usage Rules:

1. No shoes allowed in the space
2. No illegal activities as per Singapore law
3. Smoking, vaping, alcohol and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
4. No food/ beverages is allowed in the studio. Water is ok!

At the end of your use:

1. Wipe all yoga mats and props you've used with the sanitary wipes, mop and mat spray provided.
2. Remove hairs on the floor using the vacuum provided.
3. Arrange all mats, props and/or furniture back to their original position when you entered the studio.
4. All garbage to be disposed.
5. Return the studio to us the way it was handed to you!

1. High pitched ceilings creating exceptional acoustics for sound healing and musical events
2. Abundant natural daylight with smart lighting and automated roller shades
3. Breathtaking views of illuminated conservation shophouses on Pagoda Street in the evenings
4. Fully equipped with yoga mats, straps, blocks (meditation cushions available upon request)
5. Pigeonhole storage for personal belongings
6. Private changing room with shower and toilet facilities
7. Hot and cold water dispenser
8. Bluetooth speaker system and wireless internet

Comfortably accommodates up to 20 students for spacious practice (maximum capacity: 24 students plus instructor).
