Common Questions
When does my package start?
One-time class packs start from the date of your first booked class, not the purchase date. Both monthly subscriptions start on the day you buy, so purchase when you are ready to begin. The one-month unlimited YTTC graduate entitlement starts when claimed.
Can I share my package?
Eligible one-time class packs can be shared by you and up to four friends. The Starter Promo, both monthly subscriptions and the one-month unlimited YTTC entitlement are not shareable. A discount alone does not change an eligible pack's sharing rules.
What's your cancellation policy?
For in-studio classes, cancel at least six hours before class to avoid a penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows deduct the class credits; unlimited packages have a one-day deduction. See our full terms for livestream rules and subscription conditions.
Can I get a refund?
All package purchases are final. No refunds are provided.
Can I extend my package?
Extensions for non-sale packages are considered case by case upon your next purchase, including packages that expired within the last three months. Sale and promotional packages cannot be extended or renewed. Contact us before relying on an extension.
Can I pause my package?
Self-service freeze is available in the OClass app: open My Packages, select your package or subscription, then Freeze and follow the instructions. Contact us if you need help.
