Pranayama Intensive & Teacher Training

A local weekend Pranayama course and a separate 50-hour teacher training spanning three weekends.

Weekend Pranayama course

The OClass product is called Pranayama: Weekend Retreat. It is a local weekend course at our studio, not an overseas or residential retreat. Upcoming dates and online booking appear in the live OClass listing below.

The use of regulated breathing and breath retention has clinically proven physiological effects that improve physical and mental functioning, providing improved mental clarity and balancing our autonomic nervous system.

In this practice-based weekend intensive, Priyan guides participants through lectures and practice sessions that acquaint you with Prana or energy regulation using the breath. The course grounds you in the tradition of Hatha as it relates to the Five Bodies, Five Movements, Seven Energy Centers, Three Main Channels, and the essential objectives of why we regulate these processes.

He provides guidelines for safe and effective Pranayama practice, including time, place, and preparation prescribed by the tradition, to maximise its healing effects.

Who is this for?

This intensive is suitable for yogis of all levels, especially those seeking a deeper understanding that takes their practice beyond physical Asana and unlocks the true potential of the tradition.

To book, use the live OClass enrolment option below. Spaces are limited so we can maintain a small group setting with personal attention and guidance.
