Priyan Nithya
Founder of Nithya Priyan School of Yoga and author of Singapore's first book of Yoga Asanas - "Joy in the Body," Priyan brings over ten years of experience as an ERYT500 certified Yoga Teacher. His intimate knowledge of both modern and traditional aspects of yoga has guided countless practitioners to discover centeredness and grounding in the present moment. Through his skillful instruction, the philosophical teachings come alive in the body.

My practice is Vipassana, a meditation technique taught by SN Goenka in the Burmese Theravada tradition. Each retreat, I peel back another layer. Each year, I understand myself a little more.
