Founder of Nithya Priyan School of Yoga and author of Singapore's first book of Yoga Asanas - "Joy in the Body," Priyan brings over ten years of experience as an ERYT500 certified Yoga Teacher. His intimate knowledge of both modern and traditional aspects of yoga has guided countless practitioners to discover centeredness and grounding in the present moment.
