This week at Nithya Priyan School of Yoga, we work on the tricky process of transitioning your backbends to frontbends and back again in a Backbend - Frontbend theme. Developing resilience in your spine and exploring its range of motion while understanding how best to avoid common injuries that result from this sudden reversal of spinal movement.
First, we work on developing good alignment in our traction backbends, then we flip and kick ourselves over and back again! See you on the mats.
