This February, Nithya Priyan invites you to spend a weekend with him walking the fine line between the future and the past to find the Here and Now of the Present Moment.
With Pranayama, Gentle Yoga and Meditation, Priyan will expertly guide beginners and experienced meditators alike through two Mindfulness Themed sessions conducted at Nithya Priyan School of Yoga.
The sessions draw from the wisdom teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle and other Present Day teachers whose message are clear and concise: that we have a wealth of Joy and Peace if we care to look beyond the veil of compulsive thinking and identification.
The simple but effective practice of breath awareness meditation or Anapana Sati will also be taught on both days, making this the perfect weekend to begin your meditation journey, or jumpstart a stagnating one.
