As an engineer by day, Xu En turns to yoga to slow down her thoughts and quieten her mind. Yoga has taught her to stay present & disciplined, using each breath to guide her through every movement.
Through her injuries over the years, Xu En has become more aware of her body, accepting what she can do with her body through modifications. She loves her yoga practice to be strong yet and safe at the same time.
