Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have two accessible locations: our flagship studio is at the walking street of Chinatown: 52A Pagoda Street, just a stones throw from Chinatown MRT.

    Our second location is at B1-36 Anchorpoint, just across the road from IKEA Alexandria!

  • For complete beginners, we recommend Beginners Only Classes where there is more explanations provided, and you get the opportunity to practice alongside similar newcomers.

    If you have some fitness background, you can also try our Basic, Flow Basic and Stretch Classes.

    If you’re a practicing yogi, try our Flow, Core and Essential Level classes.

    For experienced yogis, we have Intermediate, Ashtanga and Inversion classes.

  • Physical and mental benefits can be felt with as little as a one class per week commitment. However to continue to build strength, flexibility and stability in your body, its recommended you practice 3-4 times per week.

  • Although we do not provide pre-natal classes, you are welcome to join our various class types provided you are not currently in the first trimester, you’ve gotton approval by your doctor, and you’ve disclosed your pregnancy to the teacher prior to the class. Please practice safely by practicing with modifications and choose slower paced classes that will support you better (avoid Flow, Flow Basic and Core).

  • Kindly get the consent of your doctor/ therapist prior to attending and inform the teacher beforehand.

  • Our school is the best option. With our detailed and structured curriculum that covering not just the physical practice, but also meditation, breath-work, Yoga Philosophy, Nutrition and Movement Science, you’ll find paths and avenues of learning awaiting you once you’re ready to progress further.

    We also offer 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses which are industry recognised as consistently producing quality yoga teachers.

  • As an STB Certified Travel Agent, we provide 5D4N Yoga and Meditation Retreats three times yearly.
