From bridge pose to Shoulderstands in Basic class, to Wheel Pose and Downdog transitions to Essential, and kicking over from wheel and forearm wheel pose positions in Intermediate, this challenging and dynamic week will be broken down into a progression based practice to benefit all levels of proficiency.
